I have been cooking since I was very young.
Growing up in Echo Park, CA I was introduced to several cooking styles and recipes from all over the world. Echo Park of the 70’s,80’s and 90’s was a melting pot of immigrants from all over the globe. Thankfully, everyone was willing to share their recipes and allowed me to add new ingredients to our dishes at home.
I hope I can teach you how to introduce our recipes and ingredients so you can incorporate them to your family’s meals. I’ll do my best to make this educational as well as fun.
